Check this out! Another Henry and Georgia Green great find!! It is from the 79th Street boat basin near the Hudson River. It is a creative pattern a mason used to fill a doorway they didn’t want to use any more.
What is really cool is that if you zoom in, it is actually made out of found objects (convex Spanish roof tiles turned on their sides). It gives the illusion of a similar pattern that is made of overlapping circles.
